Residences at Avondale Town Center is a mixed income community offering income-restricted 1 and 2 bedroom apartments in the Avondale neighborhood of Cincinnati, Ohio. Our community gives residents central access to the University of Cincinnati and Medical Center, Xavier University, Shriners Hospital and Cincinnati Children’s Medical Center, and 1st floor commercial.
